These Child Safety Standards apply to Hobby Swap: Share & Chat (the “App”), developed and published by Dev House Slr. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users and take child safety seriously.

2. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Hobby Swap: Share & Chat strictly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This includes, but is not limited to:

• Sexual content involving minors
• Grooming or sexual solicitation of minors
• Sharing, requesting, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Any behavior that exploits or endangers children

Any content or account found to be involved in CSAE will be immediately removed and reported to the appropriate authorities, as required by law.

3. User Reporting and In-App Safety Mechanisms

Hobby Swap: Share & Chat provides in-app mechanisms for user feedback and reporting, allowing users to report inappropriate content, abusive behavior, or suspected CSAE.

4. Handling of CSAM Reports

If content involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is identified, we will remove the content, suspend or terminate the account, and report to relevant authorities.

5. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

Hobby Swap: Share & Chat complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations.
